The Internet is full of information;  some is reliable, some is not.  This form is designed to help Internet users to independently decide if a website’s information is reliable.  After completing the preliminary Bibliographic Information, fill out the remaining questions based on the five evaluation criteria.  Then add up the Yes responses and compare your website’s score to the standard at the bottom of the page.  Good luck!
