Focus contributes donated funds on a
continuing basis, for the benefit of all Carmel District schools, and has
assisted both academic and extracurricular programs. These include counseling, books, equipment, athletic and
playground facilities, educational incentives and the arts. FOCUS does not make grants for payroll or
capital improvements. Funds are
disbursed at the discretion of the FOCUS Board of Directors for programs and
facilities based on requests of teachers and administrators in the District. FOCUS continually seeks to expand its scope
through a wider contribution base and correspondingly greater financial
resources.
